Favorite math fact, theorem or formula:
I find that Bhramagupta's theorem is very useful (I've just used it once, for a problem based on an easy converse of Bhramagupta's theorem)
Bhramagupta's theorem says :in a cyclic quadrilateral ABCD with perpendicular diagonals AC and BD, the line perpendicular to a side passing thru the intersection of the diagonals cut the opposite side in its middle
Why math is great:
First it's universal
Second it improve your capacity of reflexion
Third you feel very proud of you when you manage to solve a hard problem or to understand something very difficult
